Winter Skills
If you want to find out what the Scottish Winter is all about? Let Leading Edge immerse you into the new and invigorating experience. You will quickly become familiar with using the tools of winter; crampons and ice axe, and you will soon know how to move safely and confidently through the winter environment. In its ever changing conditions we will teach you how to interpret the weather, understand avalanche forecasts and develop good decisions making processes. All of this will give you the essential foundation skills for winter, it will help you to unlock the winter world to have some amazing, beautiful and enjoyable days out. You can expect full days out reaching the summits of some of Scotlands finest Munros if the weather allows.
